Hi John,

I wanted to thank you for your excellent work on the two trees yesterday.

Your easy speed and grace on a tree is wonderful to watch, the efficiency

hugely appreciated and I am glad to know that you are once more in the tree

business for future work we may need on this and other properties. Please

thank also Jeremiah for his quiet attentive presence.

Thank you for coming up and for doing such easy work, it particularly

contrasts with the clean up work of the other crew, which is not yet done at

this writing and will drag out a bit longer yet due to the weather.

My own experience has been shaped by observing yesterday's activities, not

having had much exposure to entire jobs for which I was responsible, this

was particularly educational. Changes to be made for the future.

Wishing you a successful and bountiful fall and winter season in trees and

the barn.
